Heading towards neutral climate process

Several initiatives contribute to a neutral climate production chain. Also, a critical look is given at its own CO2 burden, which resulted in the choice for innovative 100% water-cooled ripening facilities and investments in monitoring and reducing their energy consumption.

Collaborations with technical suppliers enable innovations to be directly implemented and tested in the banana ripening facilities as well as on the ripening process of ready-to-eat fruit, such as mangos, avocados and other exotics.
